What to Expect

New patients will typically be asked to complete a brief registration form online, followed by an initial consultation appointment. Longer, calmer appointments with time to talk through your needs.

Telehealth Visits

Some visits can happen from home. You get a link, you tap it, and your provider joins you on video. Telehealth runs on Doxy, a separate secure platform.

There is nothing to download. At your appointment time your provider calls, and you receive a text message with a link — tap it to join the video visit.

Your intake packet is sent within 24 hours of booking, and your appointment is confirmed once it is returned.

Ready When You Are

Every visit starts with a conversation.

A late cancellation or no-show fee applies. The amount depends on the appointment type:

Medical, wellness and telehealth visits — $50
Injection-only visits — $15
Facials, peels and skin services — $75
Botox, filler and microneedling — $100

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
