Schedule Appointments and Consultations
A late cancellation or no-show fee applies. The amount depends on the appointment type:
- Medical, wellness and telehealth visits — $50
- Injection-only visits — $15
- Facials, peels and skin services — $75
- Botox, filler and microneedling — $100
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

The $100 consultation fee is applied toward the aesthetic service when treatment is completed.

How a Telehealth Visit Works
- You book a telehealth visit like any other visit.
- We send you a link before your appointment.
- You tap the link on your phone or computer. No app to download.
- Your provider joins you on video at your appointment time.
Telehealth runs on Doxy, a separate secure platform.
Consultations can be done by telehealth; aesthetic treatments are in person.
There is nothing to download. At your appointment time your provider calls, and you receive a text message with a link — tap it to join the video visit.
Your intake packet is sent within 24 hours of booking, and your appointment is confirmed once it is returned.
