SMS Terms

By opting in to text messages from NSG Living (NSG WELLNESS LLC and NSG DRIP LOUNGE LLC), you agree to receive recurring SMS messages at the telephone number you provide, subject to the program(s) you select.
1. Care and Customer-Service Messages
With the applicable consent or other lawful basis, messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, service-related communications, and other nonpromotional customer-service communications. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Marketing and Event Messages
Only if you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may send offers, event updates, membership promotions, and other promotional content. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages. You may also contact us at (757) 848-4777 or patientsupport@nsgwellness.com to revoke consent or request help. Reply HELP for help. We will honor opt-out requests as required by law. A confirmation text may be sent after an opt-out request.
