The goal is for NSG Living to feel upscale, modern, warm, welcoming, and professional without feeling overly clinical. I want people to see wellness as something that can be incorporated into how they live, socialize, and care for themselves.
My phrase "wellness socialization" really captures where I see the brand going, creating opportunities for people to improve their health while also connecting, learning, and enjoying experiences.

My background includes primary care, surgical services, cardiac cath/EP, addiction medicine, mental health, and wellness. As my career has evolved, I've become passionate about creating a different type of healthcare and wellness experience, one that is personalized, accessible, modern, and centered around the whole person and their community.
NSG Living is an extension of that vision.

A graduate of the Chrysm Institute of Esthetics, Allyssa brings a skin-health-focused approach to aesthetics, combining personalized treatments, client education, and thoughtful home-care guidance.
Her philosophy is simple: healthy skin is a journey built through consistency, education, and care. She creates a comfortable, personalized experience where clients can better understand their skin while working toward goals that help them feel confident inside and out.
At NSG Living, Allyssa provides customized skincare services including facials, extractions, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and personalized skincare education.
As the founder of Black Element, Allyssa also brings her entrepreneurial vision and philosophy of wellness, balance, growth, and confidence into the NSG Living community. Her approach naturally complements NSG Living's belief that caring for your skin is part of caring for your whole self.
