Benefits reset monthly and do not roll over. NAD+, specialty/high-dose therapies, and designated specialty services are priced separately unless specifically stated as included.

Every membership starts with a conversation.
A late cancellation or no-show fee applies. The amount depends on the appointment type:
- Medical, wellness and telehealth visits — $50
- Injection-only visits — $15
- Facials, peels and skin services — $75
- Botox, filler and microneedling — $100
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
