A late cancellation or no-show fee applies. The amount depends on the appointment type:

  • Medical, wellness and telehealth visits — $50
  • Injection-only visits — $15
  • Facials, peels and skin services — $75
  • Botox, filler and microneedling — $100

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
